• Vehicle Photos & Camera Usage: Camera access is used solely for taking photos of vehicle license plates and payment receipts. Photos are stored securely in Firebase Storage.
• License Plate Recognition (OCR): Processed locally or via Google ML Kit to extract license plate numbers.
• Sales & Financial Records: Transaction details, package prices, and commission breakdowns stored securely in Cloud Firestore.

2. Third-Party Services

Our app utilizes trusted third-party services that may process information under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and database storage.
• Google AdMob: Used for serving non-intrusive advertisements.
• Google ML Kit: Used for on-device license plate text recognition.
• PayMongo: Used for processing subscription payments securely via GCash, Maya, and credit cards.

All user records are isolated on a multi-tenant basis. Each account can only access their own sales and business data. We enforce strict Firebase Security Rules to prevent unauthorized access.
